HUARUI CNC ROUTER Woodworking machine is mainly used for wood processing, crystal, copper, aluminum, etc. to make it more beautiful. There are many types of woodworking engraving machines and many brands, which leads to uneven prices.
The style is customized according to customer needs. It can be applied to wood industry, advertising signs, furniture manufacturing, toy and gift manufacturing, decoration industry, PCB production, etc.
Large-format machines include 1200mm×1200mm, 1200mm×1500mm, 1200mm×2400mm, 1300mm×2500mm, 1500mm×2400mm, and 2400mm×3000mm. The feed width of the above models exceeds 1350mm. The size of plexiglass and PVC boards on the market is 1220mm×2440mm, so these models are more suitable for customers who need large-format engraving machines.

How to do Maintance for the machine:
After using the machine for a long time, it will make a trigger sound and a slightly sharp metal friction sound when it is turned on, and the wood chips will pile up in the vent hole. At this time, it is time for maintenance.
I. Prepare tools
1. Flat screwdriver
2. Cross screwdriver
3. Needle-nose pliers
4. Universal needle oil (available in hardware stores)
5. Small brush
II. Maintenance steps
1. Unplug the power cord. Safety first.
2. Remove the plastic sheath, take the cross screwdriver and turn it counterclockwise to loosen the two screws.
3. Take a flat screwdriver and unscrew the left and right pairs of carbon brush screws counterclockwise, use needle-nose pliers to remove the carbon brush, and carefully remember the installation position of the carbon brush so that it can be restored smoothly.
4. Use a brush to clean the dust on the carbon brush. If you have an air spray gun, spray it lightly.
5. The outer shell should be slightly opened with force.
6. Use your fingers to rotate the motor shaft to see if there is a trigger sound or metal friction sound.
7. Make sure there is no dust, use universal sewing oil, drop a little on the ring into the gap, and screw down the shaft with your fingers to ensure that the oil is absorbed.
8. Wipe off the remaining oil, otherwise it will be rubbed with dust in the future.
9. Follow the above steps to restore the equipment.
10. After tightening the screws, turn them with your fingers first to see if they are smooth and whether the carbon brushes are installed well. Make sure there are no abnormalities.
11. Plug in and turn on the machine until the startup sound is normal!
Precautions for use
1. After setting the engraving position, the X, Y, and Z axis workpiece coordinates must all be set to “0”.
2. Adjust the engraving speed and spindle motor speed to prevent the knife from breaking due to excessive speed or too slow speed during engraving.
3. When automatically setting the tool, pay attention to the fact that the tool block must be insulated from the aluminum table of the engraving machine.
4. When engraving, if you are not sure about the first cut or are afraid of making mistakes, you can slow down the feed speed and adjust the speed back to normal when you think the engraving is normal; you can also simulate engraving in the idle process to see if it is normal.
5. If the woodworking engraving machine is not used for a long time, it should be refueled and idled regularly every week, preferably every week, to ensure the flexibility of the transmission system.
6. The continuous operation time of the woodworking engraving machine is required to be less than 10 hours/day; ensure the cleanliness of the cooling water and the normal operation of the water pump. Never let the water-cooled spindle motor lack water. Change the cooling water regularly to prevent the water temperature from being too high. Circulate as much water as possible, and you can replace it with a large-capacity water tank.
7. After using the woodworking engraving machine each time, pay attention to cleaning. The dust on the platform and transmission system must be cleaned; the transmission system X, Y, and Z axes should be lubricated regularly.
8. Operators should wear dust masks and protective glasses when operating the woodworking engraving machine to avoid dust generated during processing from invading the human body and causing discomfort.
9. The daily maintenance method of the woodworking engraving machine is to add a certain dust removal device to the woodworking engraving machine, and select dust removal equipment for matching use.
