  • It supports various shapes, including round tubes, square tubes, rectangular tubes, and profiles such as L shape, U shape, H beam, etc;
  • Our fiber laser tube cutting machines guarantee minimal waste, achieving an actual tailing of “0”;
  • The pipe processing range is 9000 mm in length and accommodates diameters from φ20 to 350 mm (for square tubes: 20 mm x 20 mm to 245 mm x 245 mm);

This structure is convenient for loading and unloading, especially for super heavy tubes and profiles. Our machine bed, with three sections, is easy to be installed and transported. After coaxial processing, these sections will be at the same precision and have good performance.

  • Three-chuck structure
Three pneumatic chucks empowers the tube cutter with big clamping force, to clamp heavy tubes stably and easily. Three chucks can achieve cutting in reversed ways to realize the whole pipe processing of long tubes and achieve zero tailings for larger material utilization and cost-saving. With the strong clamping force, there would be no loosening or slipping of the heavy pipe, which can achieve more stable feeding and more precise cutting.
  • Unique Chuck Release Detection Function
Extend equipment service life, reduce equipment maintenance time, and make laser tube cutting easier; It greatly improves the reliability of the chuck operation, and is the core support technology and process system for dual chucks to achieve “zero” tailings.
